New Delhi: India batting icon Virat Kohli is celebrating his 34th birthday on Saturday. The star cricketer is not only known for his batting records but is counted among the world’s highest paid cricketers.
Not only this, but Kohli is the 3rd most followed sports celebrity on Instagram after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Virat Kohli’s investments
The cricketer’s investment journey started nearly a decade ago when he was 25. He had then purchased stakes in a London-based social media startup called Sports Convo, aimed at bridging the gap between sport stars and their fans, according to Inc42.
Kohli set up the Virat Kohli Foundation (VKF) in 2013 which offers facilities to budding sportspersons from all across India.
Three years back in 2019, Kohli invested in a Bengaluru-based company called Galactus Funware Technology Pvt. Ltd, which owns the fantasy website called Mobile Premier League (MPL). He has also put in money in a fashion startup called Universal SportsBiz (USPL).
