In a surprise the contractor of khanday constructions start work on bidu Zamalgam road with out NOC of forest department.
Irony is that the Range office is hardly 500 hundred meters away from the construction site.
It is pertinent to mention here that the jurisdictions falls on the same forest area where 178ftt illicit timber was seized by SHO Kokernag the concerned forestor is MOHD yousuf.
While investigating the matter it came to surprise that he allowed the work with out noc which clearly indicates that he id big fish of corruption neither he was conserving green gold nor forest land.
How ever the construction has been stoped by DFO concerned and are now considering for NOC.
The concerned contractor clearly said we have not any NOC as of now which is cause of concern.
